Customer Appreciation Night

Everyone was in the holiday spirit as we created the great make and takes from Hero Arts - using all new stamps from 2010 Catalog. Even this old dog learned some new tricks  --  did you know you could tint your Perfect Pearls and then paint with them? Ask for a demo next time your in!

Why are  Cynthia and Sandra so happy? Could it be the fabulous new designs from Hero Arts that they're checking out? Did they find their favs from the Hero Arts Blog Hop? Or could be the delightful door prizes that they won?

BTW - Who ate all the shortbread? I didn't get any:(

Custom Stamps

Did you know we make custom stamps?  Whether just a simple return address stamp, a personalized "Created by Sally" or your (or your child's) very own art work. Check out this great Martha link! Anything you can bring us in black and white we can turn into a stamp.  Orders that are in Monday are back by Friday and pricing depends on size and whether you want self inking or regular.  Looking for a great gift under $20 for a teacher or that person who has everything, how about a custom stamp that says "This book belongs to Zoey"

Website Down

Just a post to let you know that our website www.imimpressed.ca is down.  The tech guy said 'the server blew up'.  I would have liked to have seen that, but I'm sure it wasn't as kewl as it sounds:)  Anyway, they've run into some difficulties and he keeps saying a couple more days - I'll just keep my fingers crossed.

Busy Elf

Santa looked at his list, he even check it twice and he found that you haven't been nice!  Since coal's so expensive, here's the scoop .... he's filling your stocking with reindeer poop!!!

Our stamping Elf Eleonor has been busy in her workshop making POOP!  She's used these great little spice jars that you can get at the dollar store and stuffed them with everybody's favourite - CHOCOLATE!  It's a great idea for stockings and hosts gifts.  If you've got no time to make it yourself this year --we do have them available at the store.

The count down has begun!

24 days until Christmas! It's official - my son opened the first drawer in his advent calendar today.  Have you started your cards yet? If you're feeling the time crunch - here's a quick idea.
Simply stamped in black ink this holiday tree is ablaze with tiny button accents, easily attached with glue. You may wish, color is added to the tree with the use of a triangle make-up sponge and ink pad to create an airbrush look. A variegated effect can be achieved by dabbing small ink pads over the tree. The whimsical red heart is created from an ordinary paper clip and ribbon.
