Memory Box Dies - Card of the Week!

This week's card of the week project uses the ever popular Memory Box Dies.  Below are the supplies we used to make the project

We used 2 dies -- Grove Branch and Fancy Blossoms.  As well we used one of the gorgeous patterned papers available in the  "Viola" 6X6 paper pads.   The stamp we used is also from Memory Box.

The first step of course is to create your die cuts.  Lay your steel ruled die on top of your cardstock with the steel edges facing toward the cardstock.  We used the Big Shot for this.  Make sure your die is sandwiched between the full platform with all the tabs.  You will need this thickness as the steel dies are very thin and if you do not use all the tabs, you will not get a deep enough cut or it may not cut the cardstock at all.

Cut out the branch and the blossoms using your Big Shot or Cuttlebug -- the Memory Box dies are compatible with all the current die cut machines on the market.

This is the finished card.  It is elegant in its simplicty.  We simply layered the flowers on the grove branch and added a greeting on the bottom.  Below is a close up.

We have a huge selection of the Memory Box dies and stamps -- come in and check out all the new and exciting designs!
